Anglia Regatta (posted 25 May 2010) The event will be a series of races in accordance with BFSLYC rules for classes 3, 5 and Standart. Prizes will be awarded commensurate with the number of entries in each class. Hugh Leighton will be the Sailing Master and the pilots briefing will be held at approx. 10.15 on Saturday morning. Entry fee 20 pounds per pilot. Saturday evening at the Queen Adelaide. Please note: First aid cover will be in attendance. All pilots will require proof of identity photo driving licence or passport in order to be allowed onto Bassingbourn camp and should inform Steve Borrill (Email or 07796 694 743) before 9th June that they will be attending the event. There are no facilities on the site for camping or caravans however an accommodation list can be found at 4Hotels. There is no access to the camp before Saturday morning except for leaving trailers by arrangement with Steve Borrill. Any further queries please contact Steve Borrill. York Land Sailing Club invitation (posted 12 Sep 2009) Food & refreshments available at Yorkshire Air Museum Mess/canteen from 10.00 until 16.30hrs each day, please ask us for a pass to gain access to the museum on the day to avoid paying the entrance charge.
